If you’ve been aware of my recent project called Balik Alindog 2015, you’ll know why I’ll be posting more of healthy recipes and diet related articles this January. To get started on this New Year’s eating plan, make sure your kitchen is stocked with the following items:

Low-Fat/Fat-Free Milk
Low-Fat Cheese
Plain Greek Yogurt
Natural Peanut Butter
Olive Oil
Chicken Breast
Lean Skirt Steak
Roast Beef
Fresh Fish (Salmon, Tilapia, etc.)
Canned Tuna
Whole Grain Bread
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Brown Rice
Canned Beans
Roasted Almonds
Sweet Potato
Fresh Fruits (Banana, Grapes, Apple, etc.)
Fresh Vegetables
Fresh Berries
