Balik Alindog 2015

Maka-balik alindog si ate wagas! Hahaha Walang kokontra blog ko toh! If you ended the holiday season with No Shape December, don’t sweat it. Get back on track and start stripping away fat. It’s time to repent guys. Let those belt bags and salbabida around our waist be gone gone gone. Swak for a New Year’s Resolution. Panggap tayo friends. Sa umpisa lang mga magagaling LOL.

Starting Point

Habits and cravings are the devil when it comes to dieting. Andyan yung may biglang magaaya kumain ng ice cream, tas may manlilibre ng bff fries. Mga tusong officemates na dadamay ka pa sa pagka-patay gutom nila. Hahaha. Discipline. Discipline. Discipline. This would be my mantra for 28 days. Why? Experts say you can start to form a habit in as little as 3-4 weeks, and as anyone who’s ever been hooked on something knows, habits are hard to break. In other words, once we complete this program, we’ll be motivated to keep going. “We” talaga kasi gusto ko kayo isali sa kalokohan ko. Wag na umangal, this is for your own good mga beh.

Some tips to keep us going:

1. Post a picture of someone you could get fitspiration with. Place it on your wall or desk, or use as screensaver hahaha. Eto kasi yung magreremind sayo na kung kaya nya, kaya mo rin.

2. Don’t deprive yourself. Give yourself a break. Let’s have a cheat day once a week. Pero di ibig sabihin nito e lalamon ka ng lalamon ng kahit ano sa buong magdamag. Isang meal lang sapat na. Wag gahaman okay?

3. Buy a pair of swimsuit or a pretty dress you dreamed of wearing. Sabit mo sya sa kwarto mo tas sabihin mo sa kanya, “Masusuot din kita one of these days, itaga mo yan sa bato!”

4. Make a grocery list of good food selections. Para iwas temptation, wag ka bumili ng mga pampatabang food. Wag makipagsapalaran. At lalong wag na wag makipagtitigan sa chocolate cake.

5. Never skip meals. Eto madalas mangyari sakin e. Tiis ganda mula breakfast to lunch tas pagdating ng dinner, hataw sa lafang. Parang LDR kayo ni bebe mo for a few months tapos bigla kayong nagkita, sabik na sabik ka sa kanya. Ganun ang feeling!

6. Use helpful tools such as WunderlistMyFitnessPal, Nike+ Running and Pump Up.

Workout Routine

This is a great combo while you’re following a healthy eating plan. This really depends on your needs and condition. Pero para sa mga noob na kagaya ko, you may want to try this workout too! It is called, “Score a Bikini Body Now!” O di ba pangalan pa lang palong palo na. Tinry ko sya. And friends,  hindi biro yung workout na ito. Simple lang mga moves pero bongga ang pawis ko. Ang gaan-gaan ng feeling! Daig pa yung nasimuyan mo si crush. Hahaha.

Healthy Meal Plan

Syempre di lang basta workout lang. Sinasamahan din ng healthy diet. This 4-week plan will help us lose fat and boost metabolism – all without the annoying cravings that tend to give a calorie cutback. O yan ha magkaka-idea na kayo kung ano mga dapat kainin, bawas effort na sa pagiisip kung ano ang inyong lalafangin dahil meron na akong ginawang diet plan. Pagpe-prepare na lang ang kelangan nyong effort-an.

Na aamaze talaga ako sa convincing power mo! 🙂 Masubukan nga tong diet plan mo! 🙂 I hope I can find time right after work for the workout, kaso I have to go home right away dahil mag-aalburuto na si baby if late ako sa pag uwe. But I’ll try the discipline2 🙂 I got to go back in shape kasi after giving birth. I miss my curves already. Chos! 🙂 By the way, pansin ko lang sabay mo na ipost lahat ahh.. kanina lang wala pa to eh. ^_^

    Cge beh sabay ka sakin! Nag-gain ako after Christmas e. Sali ka samin, mga kaopisina ko dinamay ko rin hahaha. Yung sa workout tatry ko naman sya every morning bago pumasok sa work. Yung posts na yan e bultuhan na teh hahaha package kumbaga. Kailangan masulit ang bakasyon bago maging busy ulet 😀

    Korek teh. Mahirap ma-achieve lalo na buhay babski ako nung bakasyon. Pero kailangan i-push natin mga sarili natin to become a better us. Love yourself and your body will love you back! 😉

    Parang kailangan ko din magwork out. I think nag-gain din ako the past few months. But I’m not actually aiming for a bikini body. Mag lose lang ako ng konting weight and maging better yung BMI, oks na ako. Hahaha.

    Hahahaha. Yuf yuf. Belt bag lang din naman need ko maalis. Ang hirap pa naman nun maalis. Yung bikini body, etchos title lang nung workout link. LOL. Pero pang beginner sya :))

    When I’m too lazy to move and exercise I watch VS Fashion show to get motivated. I may not be as sexy as them but at least it gets me to move thinking I wanna be as fit. 😀

    Korek teh. It’s a matter of perspective lungs. Nakana-english! LOL Kung yung VS models e magpapabago ng tingin natin sa self-esteem natin, reverse dapat natin yun. You got the right attitude kasi sa halip na ma-intimidate ka e nagiging motivated ka pa. :))
