I’ve been recently hooked with vintage effect photography like that seen in Pau Malamug’s work. Who doesn’t love vintage? Pau is by the way a good friend of mine. I’ve met him at Colegio San Agustin during our first year college. He just started entering the world of photography two years ago. Playing with his photoshop skills as well as his understanding of natural light, he has put together a seamless portrait and landscape portfolio that is wholly impressive. Libre mo ko fries at float! Kotang kota ka na sa pambobola ko sayo. Wahahahha.
His passion drives him to take photography into business. One golden afternoon, he approached me of his plans and asked me for help of putting up his personal site. We’ve exchanged conversations regarding his and my plans for an online portfolio. He then offered to do a fun shoot with me for his vintage collection which I could also use for my blog. How could I say “no” for such a good deal?
Inspired by the work of Brenda Waworga and Florabella, Pau was able to capture a dreamy and vintage fun shoot. Pasintabi po sa mga kumakain. Hahahahahaha. Di ko na ipopost lahat baka isipin nyo masyado ako nagmamaganda. LOL.
The whole session was light and easy. Everything felt so natural. Pau has put me at ease while in front of the camera. I am no professional model or whatsoever but he was able to capture the right angles and shots.
